We have partnered with the educational leadership program Play Like a Champion  (PLC), developed at the University of Notre Dame. This is a research-based, child-centered program designed to elevate the current culture of youth sports and enhance the lives of each St. Rose student athlete.

 

The PLC program is designed to:

• Help us recognize the spiritual nature of sports

• Train youth sport coaches to be effective ministers

• Promote the moral and character development of our youth

 

We require our coaches to attend a workshop covering topics such as athlete motivation, character development, and team building. We encourage you to visit the PLC Website for more information.
