Spiritual Life

Each Friday, St. Rose of Lima School students celebrate mass as a community, bringing them closer to each other and to God. This allows students to truly be a part of the service, as each grade gets a chance to host a mass. It also provides special reflection opportunities. We focus on devoting ourselves in a special way to our relationship with God and the healthy and holy life we want to share with each other.

We encourage our students actively and joyfully bring faith to life and life to faith to achieve the school’s mission, “Enter to Learn, Go Forth to Serve.” Motivated by the example of Jesus Christ, community service is to be approached as a privileged opportunity for growth and personal service. We work to prepare our students for global citizenship with a continuous focus on character development, using Jesus as our model.  Throughout daily classes, activities help our students understand and acquire the habits of mind that develop integrity, responsibility, initiative, and perseverance.

Students also participate in special faith-forming activities, including sacraments, counseling, and retreats.
